All rockets are fire and forget as they don't have terminal guidance, once fired you may as well forget it as you can do nothing to alter its trajectory, the only difference between a rocket and a bullet is that a bullet is a free flight projectile whereas a rocket is powered all the way to the target. A missile ironically is not a missile but a hittile as it has terminal guidance, either externally by the operator or internally by some form of automatic guidance. It is now that someone brings up that well known lecture that points out that a missile only knows where it is because it knows where it isn't.
