Though Id just refresh this issue as the last post I found in the search was from 2013.
I use to think that cash was king, but these days no one wants cash ( thanks to the drug smugglers, ) so we are forced to use an exchange house to transfer money.
Ive set up an account with GCEN
https://gcen.co.uk , have not used them as yet but would appreciate any feedback.
Reading previous post it seems that al Rostamani Exchange maybe the best local option
