I think the problem in large parts of Sub Sahara Africa is mindset.
When the equiment is bought it works as intended.
Sadly, no one realises that to keep it working it needs a bit of maintenance and occasionally replacement.
This applies to the staff as well.
The guys are trying to do their best so help them all you can.
