Indeed, it was supposed to be like this, but in beneath I am looking for an answer if anyone ever tried to tell or made any comments on what is happening at rush hours, with thunderstorms around, and those guys who seem not to have a clue what is going on...
I operate from outside Nigeria and occasionally fly in and out there on a midsize business jet. I must add also, that in ASECNA lands I have never found such an incompetence like there (though there is not so much traffic but still...).
