Don't you think that FedEx managment would be more than happy to get rid of all those expensive and unproductive US pilots on the Intra-european network?
There would be a problem with the labour agreement with ALPA plus FedEx has a much hire standard for new hire F/Os than common in Europe as recent news reports indicate. The basic requirement is 1000 hours as Captain in jet or turboprop transport aircraft and probably 4-5000 hours total, plus a 4 year University Degree to receive any consideration.
