Looks like the race to bottom has begun, Ryanair are offering fares to Copenhagen for £1 each way!
Going back 5-10 years ago it was not unusual for Ryanair to have these sort of sales. But they rarely offer fares this low, nowadays.
easyJet are coming out at £16 on certain days in May. While not as low, this is very low for them, you rarely see the Scottish flights going this cheap.

I still struggle to see why Copenhagen is so sought after by both airlines, with prices this low they are clearly not making a profit and they have to be stimulating demand by offering these rock bottom prices! Makes you wonder if the flights are being subsidized by someone.
