Yes, here we go again:
Schengen zone IS economically one country, just like the different States in the USA.
We have EU law, superceding local one, we have EU government and EU economic area.
Americans should NEVER replace European pilots in Europe. That is by the way against the local law in Belgium, which will be used to the full extend by ECA ( European Cockpit Association).
