I had to do this, I had my NR to apply for, EASA upgrade and the 2 year (didn’t qualify 12hrs etc) revalidation all at once. I sent it down to the CAA, paid about £100 approx and received it back with no issues except an admin error.
From what I can remember I paid for the EASA upgrade and the NR application.
