Even with the new Taxiway F it's still very limited. The whole airport has a very ad-hoc design. The entire area shown in your picture cannot be turned into a dual taxiway layout as there simply isn't the room unless you start taking stands away or knocking down hangers (which isn't going to happen).
Personally I also don't like the new Departure Lounge design. Too much of it is one long thin corridor of shops with very little central or open space at all. Also, passengers will have to backtrack half the shopping experience to get to the new pier/gate area. I guess though that's just a matter of opinion.
Of course you cannot blame the airport wanting to get bigger, but I can't help feel it's going to become even more unpleasant than it already is. When I look at the new designs, the videos etc. it all looks just too much infrastructure in too small a space.
