Ok, seems you are correct, Boeing has removed the starter limitations in the 777 FCOM's.

They were the same as the A330 RR Trent limits which are still in the A330 FCOM:--

Two 3 min duty cycles and a consecutive 1 min cycle is permitted with run down to zero N3 between each cycle.

Starter maximum continuous operation is 5 min . ‐ Two 3 min duty cycles and a consecutive 1 min cycle is permitted with run down to zero N3 between each cycle.

After one continuous operation, or the three cycles wait 30 min to allow the starter to cool. ‐ No running engagement of the starter when the N3 is above 10 % on ground, or 30 % in flight.
