They've tried something, it hasn't worked in it's entirety. They're not the first airline management to try routes and pull them, and they certainly won't be the last
Which is very true, but FlyBE seem to pull routes very quickly and at inappropriate times.
Late May and into June marks the real start of the business conference season, there are over 40 in Dublin alone in June* and heaven knows how many in London. But FlyBE are walking away from that potential trade.
In other words, their timing still sucks.
