Hiring window just opened, looking for 250 pilots starting this
summer
I seriously doubt that SWA will be looking at the European P2F English as a second language brigade as a viable resource to fill their employment requirements.
American regional airlines produce experienced and qualified pilots en mass to move into legacy slots. Nice to see it finally once again happening the way it used to.
SWA will have absolutely no problem attracting an overwhelming number of local and appropriately qualified candidates to fill only 250 openings.
Note: one doesn't need the 737 rating to interview although it has to be acquired prior to employment.
