Flybe probably had good intentions earlier when they told the market of their 'discipline'.
But reality seems to have taken hold - they couldn't shift aircraft they thought they could.
And thus now - all their activity seems to be unravelling previous steps in their frantic race to locate aircraft ANYWHERE just so they are not sitting on the ground doing nothing and costing a fortune.
Highlights a lack of understanding or experience at the senior management level in what was actually required to get the airline to that disciplined point.
Wish-bone, but no back-bone.
