Without a turkish citizenship it's difficult to get a permanent contract. Some dodgy airlines may sell you some line training but without a type rating, I wouldn't hold my breath.
The only company I've heard of taking non-local FOs without experience is sun express, but they only hire from one contracted ab-initio school somewhere in Europe.
Most airlines (incl the authority) are pretty dodgy, therefor a stream of turkish local pilots headed for the sandpit has started to gain width and speed.
Depending on the economy of course, we might soon see low houred people get hired there.
