Pegasus and Turkish Airlines, each ordered around 100 jets.
That means they need, at least for Turkish Airlines, 600 pilots each year to be employed for coming next 3 years. I do not know if number 600 is a real number but thats what the head of the company said.
If you dont have experience on the type, they will ask you to get your type rating with them and which is around 30 000 euros. There are some bad stories which people are not hired after paying for their type ratings. I do not think that will happen because they really need pilots nowadays but I still can not say it wont happen again.
Another point for you, according to law, they can only have 1 foreign pilot for each 10 Turkish pilot. You might have a better chance if you become a Turkish citizen.
