For any EU airline to take an ACMI from non-EU(EEC) operator would require authority approval and this will not be easy if not impossible in most EU countries. Also there has to be a good reason given when applying for such wet lease approval, which will be hard to find given EuroAtlantic and HiFly have aircraft available almost any day.
