regarding Flightradar, is the facillity to track inbound/outbound a/c into individual airports ie BRS -inbound/outbound available in any form
FlightRadar24's ability (or not) to track arrivals and departures from a specific airport is purely down to whether or not there is an enthusiast feeding data to FR24 in the local area.
