A thirty percent pay rise in exchange for three crew to Europe.
Bad idea, inflation will eat into that 30% within a few years, but you will have to fly shagged for the rest of your career.
or even separate hotels for the pilots
Are you kidding? The only reason a few of our hotels are still half-decent is that the red army still has some clout, and we slip in under their skirts as it were!
Otherwise, some good points.
Management/AT could show goodwill and turn the tide of feeling with a few strokes of the pen. A few cheap (or even win-win) examples include 25-year housing in writing (which we obtained in exchange for SLS!) and accepting the AOA's A-day proposal (which they need as much as we do). Also, immediate PXing in J when we fly Dragonair, and for the Americans when they PX on Alaska,
in exchange for nothing, as these are contractual and they only weasel out of them out of petty spitefulness!
