We have always used Callington Haven brand sprays - small cans that fit in nav bags/small recesses and meet the AU/NZ requirements having the right chemicals and serial numbers (!) for the completed forms after arrival. The lids and cans are colour coded for ease of identification. They are available online, and have distribution offices throughout Asia. FWIW.
Years ago, we had a bothersome fly buzzing around the cockpit, so we hit it with a good shot from one of the top of descent spray cans. Didn't.Do.A.Thing.
I understand that the blue/green cans contain different ingredients that serve different purposes - which might explain why the fly kept buzzing...
