just hope the relationship between the airports major operator and the owners is strong.
Late out again this morning due airport snow clearance and the subsequent connection problems in Amsterdam .this followed by diversion to newcastle for same reasons.
It's all very well courting klm but surely a professional airport service must be provided in order for the relationship to prosper??:ugh
I know it costs money to provide equipment ma power de iced etc..maybe if peel spent some of the £6 passenger tax on these problems people would be more understanding??
