Just a minor point...im fairly certain Emirates aren't doubling their fleet. Yes they have a lot of orders but a large proportion of those are to replace existing 777's coming off lease, A330's and A340's.
Of course some of the new aircraft are for growth but they certainly won't double their fleet.
Also, you have to bear in mind that the smallest A/C they have at the moment is the A330 (which I believe are going soon) and some of these destinations mentioned probably wouldn't have the demand to fill that never mind a 777
