Clear common sense in the RABA comments. Links to Heathrow (specifically), are vital and must be reinstated if the airport expands. Any other London airport will not cut the mustard.
Too many regional airports are in trouble because of the lack of such links. Teesside is a classic case in point: its troubles started when BD withdrew MME-LHR.
