A press piece today that states KLM are to accelerate the retirement of the F70. Initial replacement will be E190 with a further announcement soon. With the 190s being a good chunk bigger and no news yet on whether the remaining replacement will be smaller aircraft, I wonder what this does to the economics of our route?
I guess with 100 seats, load factors would drop below 50%? Would that be viable?
