I suggest you take a drive from Luton, through the Chilterns, passing through the Gaddesdens, Berkhamstead, back through Redbourn to Harpenden - probably less than 20 miles in all. There are more wealthy people in that area than you might think. To say nothing of Hampstead, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and other parts of north/central London.
