The facts are that I've been reading PPuNe for a long time, and knew WWW personally before that, at Welshpool. As a moderator, he puts in a lot of time and effort. As a contributor to PPRuNe he has opinions, like the rest of us. There is no rule, so far as I know, that moderators aren't supposed to have opinions. If you don't like them, it's your problem, not his.
I think the post you mention disappeared because it became personal, rude, and thoroughly nasty. That hasn't happened here. Simple really.
