Jinkster, you don't have to be a great poler, but it helps. Having a good G.A. background will also stand you in good favour, especially grass strip and tailwheel flying.
With that said, our last two F.O.s on the Twotter fleet started with very few hours, one with only 200 TT. Both have proved to be superb drivers and will go far. Yes they are both female.
The problem is that Loganair's Twotter fleet only has 3 F/Os and new positions are scarce. But if you don't apply, you'll never have the chance to do it. It is fantastic fun. It's all hands on and it's unique. Hope that helps?
