Lump sum payment
Isn't it funny how the company manages to find a formula to adjust the lump sum payment downwards but seems incapable of finding the formula to make the necessary additions for HDP and Overtime
Perhaps I could send it to them (the formula that is) or I ,along with everyone else should work out the amount owed individually and send that to the company demanding payment
