-Once you finish your CPL with valid study permit,you are eligible to apply for Post grad work permit for max up to 3 years. I would recommend to do Flight Instructor rating right after CPL and then apply for Post Grad work permit. They will give it to you. No work appointment letter required.
-No one will hire you as a pilot if you just have CPL,MIFR. you need to build around 1000-1500 Total time,earned in Canada only! Instructing is most preferred way for people like you.
-As soon as you finish 12 months full time work experience on valid work permit,apply for Permanent residence under CEC.
-Check CIC website as earlier poster recommended.
