Probably looking for some young guns, who are prepared too pay for their rating and be so inclined to take all the "bs" that will be thrown at them...
Don't be sad if they reject you - it may just be a blessing in disguise
especially if you are expierenced. A lot of such pilots have been rejected by them over the years - you just have to study this thread to get an idea.
