You people are absolutely unbelievable. The reason there maybe contractors working for us next year is purely down to the fact that we are short of crew already. We haven't got enough ejet crews as it is. Nothing official has come out of the company on the use of contract pilots for next year, the union is looking at it closely, there was a large gap in personnel to fly the ejets but this has been plugged with a type rating course recently. You've only got to look at how many hours the ejet crews are working every month.
