Looking at the arrivals board which shows flights up to 14:30 there are 22 flights from the former Eastern block and 17 flights from everywhere else.
There is also not a single charter flight in that list. 11 years ago there were no flights from Eastern Europe so Luton has seen a massive change in the type of passengers it now handles.
