Sorry to jump in here, but I have what seems like a daft question
Just got FlightRadar and I note that Flybe aircraft seem to disappear from the trace about 10 miles out from the destination or appear 10 miles or so after take off.
Does Flybe have SOPs where they turn off a transponder close to an airfield? Or is there another reason?
