What Ryanair does is simple. They want inexperienced cadets so that they can build on the fundamentals and form their pilots experience right from the beginning.. With more than 3000 pilots and expanding rapidly in the next years they need homogeneity and their way of dealing with that is an enormous amount of SOP's... Guess who 's easier to handle, you, or that 200h guy?
