Almost every flightschool in USA charges you with Hobbs (Basically the battery running). But Fort Pierce is not that large (Only class D-airport), so its much shorter waitingtime there, compared with e.x Daytona Beach (where students had to hold short up to 30 minutes).
I'd say the average time from battery on to takeoff in KFPR is app 10-12 minutes.
