There are a number of very good common specification -400 about, low cycles and hours, and asking a lot less money than ex-QF aircraft.
The -400 makes a very good freighter, commercially leaves the -300 in the dust.
Cargo conversions, Boeing supported, are available with about a 4 month lead time, and a fixed and very competitive price.
