Depends on where you are based, Stn is 5 on 3 off, Dub is 5 on 3 off 5 on 2 off.
The roster is very stable and works well. Once in a blue moon you might get asked to work a day off but it is only a request and you are paid £212Stg plus your normal sector pay for it.
