You and SS seem to have changed your tunes - why might that be?

The rostering at Luton is as bad as ever. I've just done six days starting at 0645 followed by two 0440 reports, finishing day six at 2345! Over sixty hours duty(day six was a Monday of course) and thirty two hours flying. I look forward to starting my next six (seven) at 0440 after a flexiday.

Two flights that I know of were cancelled on Monday due lack of crew and yet again staff shortages on the ground were affecting operations. Everybody is knackered!

Just wait until the Airbus appears!!

It's a solid business with a great future eh? We'll see.

Well, based in the south, I worked 875hrs last year at EZY with a great amount of disruption and a very poor rostering system 6on 3off very often turning out 7on 3off, I was given an extra week off in March to cool my hours down.
Lets face it guys although life is certainly not better at some places it is pretty poor at EZY no matter what type of orange tinted lenses you're looking life through...

Perhaps I am just an optimist!

I am working hard but dont mind that so much and have been reasonably stable (recently). I think as always the company has a lot to offer and if it fixes the rostering it will be a great place to work.

Lets see what the new guy does. I am not in LTN or STN so not sure what it is like at the coalface

Keep it real

Anyone who's been through the recruitment process recently perhaps you could tell me how long between interview and hearing further. Thanks.

The way EZY are subbing out their flights at the moment due lack of crew, I would imagine 5 minutes for an answer if you are type rated!

Their costs must be sky high at the moment. I'm glad I don't own any of their shares, put it that way.
