I think it's fair to say that many applications submitted online were never received. I heard that their website was having problems well after I had submitted my application online a few weeks back. Spoke to someone from HR this week and they said my application had never been received.
It seems they have concluded their first round selection for non-type rated first/second officer positions. Type rated drivers are still required. However, I was asked to send in a cv and covering letter so at least I would be on the system.
