Hmmm
Not sure what you're implying but some of the largest operators for the Air Ambulance in India are actually :-

1. Air Charter Services (3 Pilatus + 2 C90 + 1 Jet)
2. Saraya Aviation (Fleet of C90s)

Of the above I believe Air Charter Services does most of the airlifts.
