Having working for ez and working now for ryan, this is my vision:

seems nice from outside,nightmare inside
orange bull!!!! every day,THE orange culture...
crap roster 6 3 (late to early)
unstable roster
totaly unflexible flt ops
no jump seat
lot of time wasted in taxis,positioning flt,waiting time on the gnd
low morale
very english
very good training,well organised
Loss making company
Going for 3 diff A/C types .... good luck ez
