Oh, so they're back to the strategy they first used 10+ years ago - charge the money then use it to pay salaries and don't bother applying any mitigation because ATC don't give a stuff anyway. But I thought the CAA had stopped them doing that because they argued that it amounted to "charging for airspace" which is illegal.
Meanwhile DTVA ATC continues to vector its traffic over unmitigated wind turbines every day of the week without any incident or concern. If you had to avoid all wind turbines showing up on radar, KLM and EZE would have left years ago.
