The big difference with BNE is that all the pre-6am Turboprop flights go to mining hubs. 95% of the pax on those flights are FIFO. SYD doesn't have that direct market.
Any FIFO traffic ex SYD at that time is on the 6am flight to PER/BNE to connect to their final destination.
