If someone told me a few years ago that a Boeing 777 would operate a scheduled service from a state airline into Luton I would have thought them quite mad.
OK the 777 might only operated around holiday times with 767's and 737's operating the rest of the time but it was a big coup when El-Al came to Luton after giving up on Stansted.
