Sorry, I'll elaborate...
What I mean is that you should create a scheduled task to run SpeedFan on login, when you login to your standard / non-priv account. This scheduled task should be set to run under a different account that has administrator privileges (which you should make under "local users and groups"). You can do that on the first page of the "create task" screen.
Here is an example. Be sure to set the options as I have.


SpeedFan won't work properly unless it is run with admin privileges.
