I really can't see Monarch winning on cost with Ryanair and easyJet with their cost base. Monarch should be working on an option that is a cut above that is worth paying a small premium for, that is good quality, but not British Airways. Somewhere along the lines of what JetBlue offer in the states, and even bring back the Crown Service brand for the 'packages'.
