I suspect BT found the market they were mainly aiming for (ie. business to Baku) wasn't there; but that there is a different market out there for RIX - one for Flybe maybe???

Let's face it, ABZ is so expensive & specialized, some of these markets warrant no more than ad-hoc on a bizjet!!
