Your existing SOE can be transferred into OJT.
You will have to wait till after June 26 2015 and then get your SOE assessed under RPL into OJT.
I believe there is an automatic 75% reduction.

Transport Canada have been printing off OJT books for about 30yrs now. Know anyone in Canada who could post you some? Maybe you can purchase some online?
