Salmond served his country well.
He did. In his time he saw a new Scottish parliament, led it and even got a national referendum out of Camshaft, which he then very nearly won. He saw an international debate about Scotland and its future, brought his country worldwide massive publicity while at it, and has now got a national debate going about the English and future of us Britons as a whole,which is on-going and will be well into the next Gen Election.
He lit a rocket under the fat lazy arses of Westminster.
I would rather thank him than belittle him.
Time for all of Britain to wake up a bit and face the future.
