I watched a father daughter pair on the news each voting the opposite, the Father was a realist over the fact he could see the Country could not afford to do this, while the daughter that must have been about 17 appeared to have her head in the clouds and appeared to be voting based on National ferver, with no knowledge as to the effects it will have upon them.
One hopes it does not go that way, as I have an awful feeling it's not going to turn out well for them if a yes vote is the result.
One does wonder what they will do if it is a yes vote and the Orkneys, Shetland and Western Islands then go for a breakaway from Scotland, that will in effect rob Salmond of a lot of his oil assets and Salmond can slink back under the stone he emerged from.
If it is a no vote, no matter how close, I take it that is it that, it will be the end of it and it will not occur again, 1 year, 5 years or 10 years down the line.
