I mentioned before that wee eck might also want a slice of infrastructure and systems unless he is claiming an extra Tiffy in compensation. He may have in mind 'free' use of legacy systems such as Typhoon and Type 23 training schools, places at staff colleges etc. Obviously, in time, these credits would drop off the balance sheet and he would have to pay or go it alone. Same would be true of the recruiting system. Get them in the door in Sauchiehall Street but where do you send them after that?
OTOH, would he go for quid quo pro on LFAs and bombing ranges?
